Across 25,000 square meters, Berliner Sparkasse’s sustainable building complex is situated in Johannisthal, an emerging science and technology district, offering a modern and versatile workspace for around 1,300 employees. Together with the BSK project team, Kinzo has developed an open-space concept that optimally supports collaboration and creative exchange. The ground floor serves as a multifunctional space with training, meeting, and conference rooms, as well as various communal areas – including a quiet room for nursing and relaxation, a sports and bike room, and diverse dining options. The upper floors feature modern office spaces with flexible work areas tailored to individual needs.
