We’re delighted to announce that WORKTECH23 Amsterdam will be hosted by EDGE Stadium.

Located in “The Olympic Area” in Amsterdam with easy access to and from the city centre, EDGE Stadium aims to offer its tenants and users the highest environmental and innovative standards to date in the market. In alignment with EDGE’s values around sustainability and wellbeing, EDGE Stadium is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent and WELL Core & Shell Gold certifications and will have a targeted reduced energy consumption of approximately 70%. In addition, it aims to become the first R2S (Ready2Services) two stars certified building in the Netherlands, a certificate that represents the smart connectivity of the building.

EDGE Stdium

Built 20 years ago, the award-winning Forum building maintains a quality and appeal still largely compatible with today’s standards. As such, and in keeping with EDGE and Allianz Real Estate’s views on sustainability, many features of the existing building have been reused and upcycled. The 29,000 m2 redevelopment includes the latest features in smart technology and meets the highest standards for sustainability.

The building’s existing atrium has been extended by creating a wooden hybrid top-up, which creates a spacious area to integrate the EDGE Workspace concept on the ground floor. Furthermore, the redevelopment includes the incorporation of open spaces, biophilic design and a roof terrace. Tenants and users are encouraged to meet, connect and move around the building throughout the large floorplates and attractive staircases. Using EDGE Next to monitor and optimize conditions and performance, EDGE Stadium is be a cutting-edge workplace that truly prioritizes health and well-being for all.

From Alkmaar/Haarlem:
Get onto A9 towards Amsterdam-Zuid/Utrecht/Den Haag and take the exit towards A4 Amsterdam, after which you will arrive on the A10 – Keep to the right lane to take exit Buitenveldert to the S108 towards Oud Zuid – Turn right at the traffic lights onto Amstelveenseweg and turn right again onto Fred. Roeskestraat – You will see EDGE Stadium immediately on your left.

From Amsterdam:
Get onto A10 towards RING/Utrecht/Den Haag and take the A10 exit towards Utrecht – Use the right lane to take exit Oud Zuid for S108 towards Oud Zuid/Amstelveen – Turn right at the traffic lights onto Amstelveenseweg and turn right again onto Fred. Roeskestraat – You will see EDGE Stadium immediately on your left.

From Rotterdam / Den Haag:
Follow A13 and A4 to Amstelveenseweg in Amsterdam Zuid – Use the right lanes to take exit Buitenveldert for S108 towards Oud Zuid – Turn right at the traffic lights onto Amstelveenseweg and turn right again onto Fred. Roeskestraat – You will see EDGE Stadium immediately on your left.

From Utrecht: Get onto A2 towards Amstelveenseweg/S108 and follow the signs for A9 towards Amsterdam Zuidoost/Amersfoort/Almere – Keep left at the fork, follow sign A2/Amsterdam. Thereafter, follow the signs A10 towards RING Amsterdam/Den Haag/Zaandam – Keep left at the fork and follow signs A10 towards RING Zuid/Schiphol – Use the right lane to take exit Oud Zuid for S108 towards Oud Zuid/Amstelveen – Turn right at the traffic lights onto Amstelveenseweg and turn right again onto Fred. Roeskestraat – You will see EDGE Stadium immediately on your left.

From the airport:
The nearest airport to EDGE Stadium is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). It is approximately a 15-minute drive, or alternatively 20 minutes via public transport.
