In support of its mission to enhance patient care, Cook Medical turned to the WELL and RESET certifications to create its new, healthier Hong Kong office. But little did they know how this certification would also empower their people to take ownership of their own well-being, and that of their colleagues. From yoga workshops, to recycling, gardening, team sports, healthy cooking courses and the adoption of new technologies, Cook Medical will share how staff have taken numerous initiatives to create community around their new workspace, and turn their office into a living lab.
