WORKTECH Events is seeking a commercially driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to generate partnership revenue across our global WORKTECH events portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sponsorship sales professional looking to accelerate their career in international B2B event sponsorship. You will take ownership of your own revenue pipeline identifying, developing, and closing sponsorship opportunities, while working closely with our senior Partnerships Team to drive new business across the UK, EMEA, the Americas and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and convert new sponsorship opportunities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop long-term relationships with global clients
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Support research and targeted lead generation initiatives
  • Represent WORKTECH at international events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant subject
  • 3+ years Sponsorship Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Target-driven, organised and self-motivated
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Interest in workplace, innovation, technology or property sectors
  • Proven New Business Hunter
  • Track Record of Closing High-Value / Bespoke Deals
  • Consultative / Solution Selling Ability
  • Experience Selling to Senior Decision-Makers / C-Suite
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting Discipline
  • Outbound Prospecting Across Phone, Email & LinkedIn
  • Commercial Acumen / Value Proposition Articulation
  • Ability to Sell Multi-Event / Portfolio Partnerships
  • Cross-Functional Working with Production / Marketing / Operations
  • Resilience / Pace / Ownership
