Last Year at WORKTECH Melbourne
WORKTECH25 Melbourne brought together senior leaders from leading global institutions, including ANZ, National Australia Bank, BHP, Telstra, Medibank, Jetstar Group, Department of Transport & Planning and The University of Melbourne.
Discussions focused on the shifting role of the office in a hybrid world, the realities behind return-to-office mandates, the rise of workplace intelligence, and the intersection of AI, ESG and commercial performance. Sessions examined culture-led leadership, data-informed decision-making, emerging spatial models and the measurable impact of design on connection, autonomy and organisational resilience.
Delegates left with grounded, practical insight into aligning space, technology and strategy; approaching AI with confidence rather than caution; embedding ESG beyond rhetoric; and creating workplace environments that support performance, trust and long-term value.
