Carolina joined the WORKTECH Events team in January 2025 as the Events Logistics Coordinator for events in the UK and Europe.
With a master’s degree in International Events Management, Carolina has over four years of experience working in the sports, education, and corporate sectors. Her passion for events began during her postgraduate studies and has grown ever since. As a former professional footballer, Carolina developed key skills such as discipline, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset, which she now applies to her events career.
Outside of work, Carolina enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym, and exploring London.
