A+I and Bloomberg partnered to consider how their genre-defining workplace could shift to capture opportunities of emerging powerful and flexible new technologies and work-styles. Armed with a co-authored “Agile Strategy” and an urging to “innovate”, we turned an in-flight buildout into a two-floor pilot – A/B testing the future – charting a path for their growing headquarters and communicating change to their 30,000+ employees.
The tour will visit Bloomberg’s newly completed workplace embody the outcomes and subtle but well considered advancements to their “bullpen” workplace including some of the messaging and feedback that informed it.
