WORKPLACE TOURS

We’re pleased to announce that WORKTECH25 London will include three exclusive workplace tours as part of this year’s programme. These curated tours offer delegates a rare opportunity to step inside some of London’s most forward-thinking work environments and explore how leading organisations are reimagining the future of work. From innovative design to cutting-edge technology and wellness-led strategies, each tour offers valuable insight and inspiration ahead of the main conference.

Delegates will be sent an email closer to the time of the event to register. Please note places are filled on  a first come first basis.

Haleon Headquarters | One Triptych Place, Bankside

Taking place on the afternoon of Monday 18th November, this exclusive tour invites delegates to explore Haleon’s beautifully designed headquarters at One Triptych Place, Bankside. Split into two small groups, attendees will enjoy a guided 30-minute tour of the space, which reflects Haleon’s commitment to wellbeing, purpose, and innovation. The visit concludes with informal networking drinks on the top floor terrace – offering stunning views of the London skyline and Bankside. Registration opens on 18 November at 16:15 with the tour starting promptly at 16:30. Space is limited to 20–30 delegates, so early registration is encouraged.

We’re also excited to be offering a workplace tour of the new Virgin Media O2 headquarters later this year. Designed by Gensler, this vibrant HQ brings together two major brands under one roof, showcasing a space built for hybrid working, cross-functional collaboration, and employee experience. The office is a benchmark for flexibility and innovation in today’s workplace landscape. Tours will be running on 18 November in 2 sessions. Places are limited so early registration is encouraged. Tour 1 – 14:30 start; Tour 2 – 16:30 start.

Sustainable Workspaces

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting an exclusive workplace tour at Sustainable Workspaces, designed by Material Works Architecture. Located at County Hall on London’s South Bank, Sustainable Workspaces is Europe’s largest sustainability ecosystem, providing a collaborative home for innovators and businesses driving the green economy. The 35,000 sq ft space brings together start-ups, scale-ups and established organisations working across clean energy, sustainable design, mobility and circular economy solutions. The fit-out, led by Material Works Architecture, showcases a dynamic and flexible environment with a strong emphasis on natural materials, reclaimed furnishings, and low-carbon design principles that reflect the community’s sustainable ethos. The workspace combines open-plan offices, labs, workshops, event areas and collaboration zones, fostering cross-sector connections and innovation. Tours will be running on 18 November in 2 sessions.
