Conference Agenda

Day 1: 18th November - Masterclasses at WeWork, 10 York Road, London, SE1 7ND

Introducing the WORKTECH Index: Measuring What Matters for Workplace Experience

We are excited to announce the launch of the WORKTECH Index – a new survey diagnostic tool designed to reimagine how we measure workplace experience. Developed in partnership with WORKTECH Academy and drawing on UnWork’s expertise, the UnWork Index helps organisations understand the factors that truly shape how employees experience work. At the heart of the Index is a quick, engaging 8-minute survey that evaluates employee experience across six key 'moments that matter' – spanning workspace, technology, and culture.

Theme: ESG and the Future of Sustainable Workplaces

As Net Zero targets approach, workplace strategies must align with environmental and social goals — even amid economic uncertainty. This theme explores how ESG is shaping decisions around fit-outs, leasing, wellbeing, and carbon impact, and how organisations are embedding sustainability into both operations and culture.

Circular Thinking: Designing Workspaces for a Sustainable Future

The way we build, retrofit, and reconfigure workspaces is no longer fit for purpose—current practices are wasteful, resource-heavy, and a major contributor to the built environment’s carbon footprint. Sustainable Ventures’ County Hall workspace offers a compelling case study in how to do things differently. Through a low-impact ‘lean design’ approach, the project redefined what a workplace can be, focusing on functional essentials rather than aesthetic norms.

The AI Workplace Challenge – Solving the Future, Live + Tour of WeWork building

How can businesses harness the power of AI to address the most pressing workplace challenges? In this highly interactive session, four leading voices in AI and the future of work will come together in a unique live format. Instead of set presentations, our experts will be given a real-world workplace challenge and tasked with solving it, live on stage, in front of the audience.

Bringing perspectives from entrepreneurship, consulting, investment, and applied AI, the panel will debate, collaborate, and propose practical solutions in real time.
