Bringing together senior leaders, strategists, designers, technologists, and workplace professionals from across industries, WORKTECH Sydney examines how organisations are rethinking work, space, culture, and digital infrastructure in response to rapid change.
The programme is designed for senior professionals responsible for workplace strategy, corporate real estate, facilities, HR, technology, architecture, and design.
Through a mix of keynote presentations, expert panels, and case studies, WORKTECH Sydney provides a multi-disciplinary, insight-led forum to explore emerging trends — from workplace intelligence and employee experience to hybrid work, digital transformation, and the evolving role of the office.

Last Year at WORKTECH Sydney
WORKTECH25 Sydney brought together senior leaders from leading global institutions, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac, Telstra, Lendlease, Transport for NSW, Reserve Bank of Australia, Suncorp and Optiver.
Conversations centred on how organisations are redefining workplace value—through culture-led strategy, evidence-based design, hybrid experience, and the practical application of data, AI, and digital infrastructure. Sessions explored the role of place in the digital age, intentional presence, workplace intelligence, and how physical environments support performance, wellbeing, and connection.
Delegates left with clear, actionable insights into designing flexible workplaces that attract rather than mandate attendance, using data with purpose, and aligning space, technology, and culture to support long-term organisational outcomes.
