Life Sciences Workplace London brought together senior leaders from GSK, Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, The Welcome Trust, The Crown Estate, SC1 London and Cardiff University.

Discussions focused on the creation of ‘future-ready’ ecosystems that enable discovery, attracting talent and transforming learning, shifting patterns in work and place, enabling collaboration, performance and innovation in multi-use environments and the critical role of design, culture and leadership in accelerating discovery and collaboration.

Attendees left with practical insight into how cutting-edge design, flexible layouts and sustainability principles come together in a building to support research, collaboration and growth, information about the Institute of Cancer Research’s workplace strategy and how to define and maximise ROI in multi-use environments.
