Last Year at WORKTECH Chicago
WORKTECH Chicago brought together senior leaders from organisations including Accenture, McDonald’s, GE HealthCare, Northwestern Mutual, Ferrara, RSM, Rocket Companies, JLL and Gensler to explore how people, place and technology are reshaping the workplace.
Across the day, conversations moved beyond the return-to-office debate to focus on creating workplaces people choose to engage with. Sessions explored human connection and culture, AI adoption, workplace intelligence, data-driven decision-making, inclusive design and how organisations can turn insight into action.
Attendees left with practical ideas for making better workplace decisions, strengthening employee experience, using data and AI with purpose, and designing environments that support connection and performance in a rapidly changing world.
The message from Chicago was clear: the workplace is evolving, but people remain at the heart of what comes next.
