Attendees at this year’s WORKTECH Zurich conference gain exclusive access to our complimentary workplace tour of On Labs HQ on Tuesday, 29th September. The tour takes place ahead of WORKTECH26 Zurich on Wednesday, 30th September at Microsoft Zurich, The Circle, giving attendees an opportunity to connect with fellow workplace leaders before the conference begins.

Workplace Tour: On Labs HQ Förrlibuckstrasse 190, 8005 Zürich

Tuesday, 29th September, 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Step inside On Labs HQ, the global headquarters of Swiss sportswear brand On, for an exclusive look at the environment behind one of Switzerland’s most innovative global companies.

During the guided tour, attendees will explore how On approaches workplace design and experience, while gaining insight into a brand that places innovation, performance and sustainability at the heart of its operations. On’s approach to design has received international recognition, including two FRAME Awards for its Tokyo office and selection for the World Architecture awards.

Beyond the workplace itself, On continues to explore new approaches to reducing environmental impact. Innovations include its LightSpray™ robotic manufacturing technology, designed to reduce carbon emissions by up to 75% compared with conventional On racing shoes, alongside increased use of recycled and renewable materials across its products.

The tour offers an opportunity to experience On’s workplace firsthand and explore how the principles behind its products, brand and sustainability ambitions translate into the environments created for its people.
