Meta’s Menlo Park campus is a masterclass in sustainable design and innovation. MPK 20 boasts a 9-acre green roof, home to over 350 trees and drought-tolerant plants, providing both habitat and a serene environment for employees. MPK 21 continues this ethos with a 3.6-acre rooftop garden featuring 200+ trees and a half-mile meandering path.

The campus integrates eco-friendly materials, such as Black Locust wood for elevated boardwalks, and incorporates bird-friendly glazing to enhance natural lighting while reducing energy consumption . These features not only contribute to environmental sustainability but also create a harmonious and inspiring workspace.

GETTING THERE

By Car

Meta HQ is easily accessible from US-101:

  • From San Francisco: Approx. 45 minutes south via US-101 S

  • From San Jose: Approx. 25 minutes north via US-101 N

Parking: Visitor parking is available on-site. Please bring valid ID and allow extra time for security check-in.

Alternatively, Bedwell Bayfront Park;

  • Located about a mile away, it has public parking and connects via a pedestrian/bike bridge into the campus.

By Train (Caltrain)

Closest Station: Menlo Park Station

From San Francisco or San Jose, take Caltrain to Menlo Park. From there, it’s a short 10-minute drive or rideshare to Meta HQ.

Alternative: Palo Alto Station offers more frequent service and is about 15 minutes away by car.

By Bike

There are bike-friendly routes and dedicated lanes on Willow Road and Bayfront Expressway. Secure bike racks are available on-site.

Rideshare / Taxi

Uber and Lyft are widely used in the area. Just set your drop-off to 1 Hacker Way and follow signage for event guest entry.
