Located on the triangular site of a former gravel yard, 1 De Haro stands as a groundbreaking achievement in sustainable architecture. Developed by SKS Partners and designed by Perkins&Will, it is San Francisco’s first cross-laminated timber (CLT) building and California’s first multi-story, fully mass timber structure. This four-story, 134,000 square foot building seamlessly blends into its urban environment while making a bold architectural statement. Designed to resemble a jewel box, its wooden core is encased in a shimmering glass curtain wall that lights up at night. 1 De Haro offers a compelling mix of office and light industrial spaces, combining sustainability with market appeal.
