Upon arrival, please enter through the hotel lobby and take the stairs/elevator to the first floor and make your way to the Grand Ballroom. Outside the Grand Ballroom, you will find the WORKTECH registration desk where you will need to collect your name badge for the event.

Some Mass Transit Railway (MTR) metro stations, including in major tourist areas, have been closed due to damage caused by protests. You should check the MTR and Hong Kong Transport Department websites when planning travel around Hong Kong.

If you’re due to travel into Hong Kong International Airport, check your flight status regularly. Keep up to date with the latest developments via local media and consider allowing extra time to travel to the airport and complete check-in procedures.

Protest activity could affect road routes across Hong Kong, including the cross-harbour tunnel and other major bridges and toll plazas. Please allow extra time to travel and check special traffic and transport arrangements on Hong Kong Transport Department website.
