Conference venue

We’re delighted to announce that WELLBEING20 – now in its 5th year – will be hosted in London’s newest and tallest skyscraper, 22 Bishopsgate, designed by PLP Architecture for AXA IM – Real Assets and Lipton Rogers Developments.

Shaped to respect townscape views, 22 Bishopsgate’s twenty-three-sided, faceted glass structure has been designed with the individual’s well-being in mind, offering a new, positive relationship between itself, the city and the public. The building is infused with smart technologies, from the front door to the glass façade and everything in between.

On arrival please enter 22 Bishopsgate through the main entrance. Directional signage and a member of the WORKTECH team will direct you to the registration desk.

See below for more information about the venue and how to get there.

Conference Venue

22 Bishopsgate, designed to allow spaces to evolve as people’s needs change, comprises 20 – 27,000 sq ft floor plates that enable a variety of working styles and office layouts.

The building’s co-working environment has been designed to inspire connections, foster innovation and create a community of un-like-minded people.

Its 3m high floor-to-ceiling windows with low-iron glass let in 60% more daylight, while 22 Bishopsgate’s façade geometry maximises views across London.

Designed with employees’ wellbeing in mind, 22 Bishopsgate offers access to over 200,000 sq. ft of inspiring spaces, service and experiences:

The Retreat
A place to relax, recharge and take a step back from deadlines, meetings and workloads.

The Market
The social food hub, created by award winning designers from both New York and London.

The Bike Park
Designed with the view to balance usability with a genuine love for cycles and cyclists.

The closest underground stations are Liverpool Street (accessible via the Central, Circle, and Hammersmith & City Lines) and Bank (Waterloo & City, Central and Northern Lines).

From Bank, take exit onto Cornhill and follow the road to the junction at Leadenhall Street. Continue straight, and head left through The Leadenhall Building concourse until you reach the Undershaft behind.

If walking from Liverpool Street, take exit onto Bishopsgate. Follow the road southwards, past the Heron Tower, and take a left at the turning with Great St Helen’s. Follow the road around to the right and pass along the colourful hording onto the Undershaft. Follow this right and you will see the steps leading up to the venue entrance.
