We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support our CEO. As the first point of contact and brand ambassador, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and key activities while staying ahead of priorities. You’ll also oversee key client projects, strategic initiatives, and PR opportunities for our CEO, including external speaking engagements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO
    To be an exemplary first point of contact and a brand ambassador
  • Manage the CEOs calendar and email inbox
  • Manage some key client projects and strategic initiatives
  • Support marketing and PR opportunities for CEO e.g. external speaking opportunities

Requirements

  • Graduate level or relevant industry experience
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365
    Experience of, or willingness to learn to use, other programmes including Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Due to working with different time zones, the ability to be flexible outside of normal work hours, as needed
  • Ability to travel – The role may involve international travel for client projects or to attend events

  • Salary package: £30k – 35k including bonus and depending on experience
